Amistad Reservoir

Amistad Reservoir’s water clarity is clear to slightly stained with water fluctuation 5-10 ft. annually. This lake is one of the fishing jewels of Texas. Located on the Rio Grande and Devil rivers near Del Rio on the Texas/Mexico border, the lake is dominated by rocky structure. Largemouth bass are the most popular and abundant fish. Striped bass grow to trophy sizes and are sought after by many anglers. White bass are popular, especially during the spring spawning runs. Smallmouth bass are present.
